In Accordance with G.S. §160A-400.22, notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City of Creedmoor Board of Commissioners for consideration of a developer agreement involving Mr. Gary Felton, a North Carolina resident; GARY FELTON LAND INVESTMENT COMPANY, INC., a North Carolina corporation; and STRONGWATER, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability corporation regarding repairs to the street sub-base and installation of the asphalt overlay on all streets within Pine Valley subdivision, Phase 2.
The hearing will be held at a special meeting on July 26, 2016, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 111 Masonic Street, Creedmoor, NC. The public is invited to attend and offer comments.
Copies of the proposed developer agreement are available for review in the Community Development Office located at 211 N. Main Street Creedmoor.
