A special meeting of the City of Creedmoor Board of Commissioners will be held on Friday, November 8 at 5 p.m. The meeting location will be the Boardroom at City Hall (111 Masonic Street).
The purpose of this meeting will be to enter closed session pursuant to NC GS §143-318.11 (a) (5) to instruct staff concerning position to be taken by the public body in negotiating the price and other materials terms of a contract or proposed contract for the acquisition of real property by purchase, option, exchange, or lease.
